colette RULES
1. As a private club, colette is not open to the general public. Therefore, membership is required of all who enter. You must purchase a membership on your initial visit, and you will be allowed to attend while our membership committee reviews your application. Memberships do not include your admission. Only one membership per person or couple may be active at any one time. Memberships are not transferable. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke membership to anyone for any reason we deem necessary. We are a private social club catering to couples*, single ladies*, and a very select group of single gentlemen* interested in the swinging lifestyle. In addition, colette does not sell or provide any alcoholic beverages, so you are welcome to bring your own alcohol in, but get your setups from our bar!
(*Couples are defined as biological males & females in a committed relationship. Membership and events are based on what sex is on your government-issued IDs!)
2. The ladies are our most precious commodities. They are the reason we are all here. The ladies rule here and are in charge! So defer to their wishes and comfort level, let them set the tone of events, and respect them at all times.
3. Single Males: All males applying for membership as a single must indeed be single and not cheating or playing alone. The people in this lifestyle appreciate and value honesty. If you can't be honest with yourself, who is to believe you would be honest with others? If you are found to be less than honest, we will remove you immediately and permanently from the club. Don't risk it! Single males are only allowed to attend on Thursday and Friday nights. Thursday, they may have full access to the club. On Friday nights they must remain in the bar area unless invited elsewhere by a couple or single female and must return to the bar area when not with that couple or single female. Single males may purchase VIP Dens on nights they are allowed in, but are still subject to the movement rules outlined above. See Rule #11 also.
4. “NO” is a complete sentence here. It means NO! Don't keep asking, don't touch, don't grab and don't insult them. Say thank you and walk away. There are other people and other times. If you can’t understand that, then you will be escorted from the premises and you will forfeit your membership, user fees, and will be banned from the club!
5. Discretion is the key here. Be discreet at all times and respect the privacy of others. Discussing the people you see and the activities that they engage in outside the club without their permission is grounds for revocation of your membership without refund.
6. ASK BEFORE YOU TOUCH! No one wants to be groped by someone they don’t know. Ask before you touch, or you will be escorted from the club!
7. DRESS CODE: colette strives for quality, not quantity and therefore enforces the following dress code on Wednesday, Friday & Saturday Nights. Thursday Night is casual night and if you wish to dress casually, that is the night for you!
However, on these three nights, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, proper attire is required to enter the club and is strictly enforced. This applies to the ladies as well as the men! Management has the final word on what is and what is not acceptable and reserves the right to refuse your entry unless you’re dressed accordingly.
For men, please dress to impress. We kindly ask you to wear nice slacks or dressy jeans, collared or Polo shirts, dress tees, mock turtlenecks, etc.. At a minimum, think business casual! Please, no flip-flops, sandals, work boots, or shorts. No torn, dirty, faded or ragged clothing! No ball caps or doo rags, tee shirts, under shirts or work shirts. Please note that t-shirts with an advertisement, brand name, or endorsement are not dress t-shirts and are therefore prohibited.
For ladies, sexy, wild and see-through are always acceptable. Many ladies like to change into lingerie or club wear once inside. You may not enter in sweats, t-shirts or dirty, torn, ragged or casual clothing... I know, it's rare but it has happened on occasion!
On dress-themed nights like Beach Nights, 80's Night, Biker Night, Halloween, Mardi Gras, etc., the normal dress code does not apply IF you are dressed in the theme! However, you must dress either in the theme or follow our usual dress code!
8. Illegal drug use or offering money for sexual favors are two things that will always be grounds for expulsion and may be reported to the police. THERE IS ZERO TOLERANCE FOR THESE ACTIONS. DON’T DO IT!!!
9. You must be at least 21 years of age to attend any colette activities.
10. On Thursday & Friday Nights, when single gents are admitted, there are specific rules for them. Only on Thursday nights do single gentlemen have full access to all areas of the club, however, they are expected to be respectful and ask before touching. On Friday nights, there will be a limited number of spots available, depending on the number of couples and single ladies present and you are only allowed in the bar area unless you are asked to join a lady or couple elsewhere. When not accompanied, you must return to the bar area. All single men will be required to wear an identifying bracelet. Your membership does not guarantee you entry.
11. Attendance. You must attend as your membership states. You may not bring in someone not already on your membership account. If your situation changes, you must get a new membership and or profile and your existing membership and account will be deactivated. That means no name changes! Membership is unique and is not transferable. We have allowed the ladies to attend as singles but never the men.
12. As an on-premises club, situations may arise where bodily fluids may be expelled, ie: vomit, urine, fecal matter, etc. If this happens, please let someone know as soon as possible. You may still be charged for damages, however. If not, you will be charged a bio-hazard clean-up fee and/or your membership may be temporarily deactivated until restitution is paid. Remember, this is our house and you wouldn’t want us doing the same to yours!
13. Our website is set up as a social network to help you find and meet new friends and playmates. It is not a venue for you to solicit invites to other paid or unpaid venues held on the same night as a colette event! Any Newsfeed posts or solicitations to such an event will be deleted and may result in your profile or your membership being removed. This also goes for soliciting at the club as well!
14. Lastly, for your discretion, all credit card charges show as ML Solutions, not colette. Please do not reverse charges for whatever reason. If there is an issue, contact us first for a resolution. Our credit policy is noted on your purchase agreement on on your emailed receipt. If you do initiate a chargeback, you will not be allowed into our club until you reimburse us and the bank charges and you will then be placed on a cash-only basis!
